Programs Branch
The Programs Branch implements and manages programs that:

  • Provide project support in the form of grants and contributions to organizations and community members to undertake innovative projects that are aimed at working to improve the justice system;
    and,
  • Are delivered through funding agreements with the provinces and territories in support of certain justice-related services, such as Legal Aid, the Youth Justice Services Funding Program, the Native Courtworker Program and Access to Justice Agreements.
